Mac mini M1 - Diagnostic not working "An error occurred when attempting to load diagnostics"

My M1 Mini with the latest Big Sur has restarted yesterday with a kernel panic and I want to run apple diagnostic - but whenever I'm trying I got the following message:

"An error occurred when attempting to load diagnostics. Try again by choosing "Restart to Diagnostics" from the Diagnostics Loader menu".

I tried it, but nothing happened. I removed every extra cable, etc. but I'm still unable to run diagnostics. Is there a way to "reinstall" diag, or is there anything I should try to solve this issue?

Thanks,

Laszlo
