Bad Charger

I recently bought a new phone from apple in May of 2020 and the charger as of today just stopped working. As soon as I plug it in, it shows that it’s charging and then 5 secs in, it just stops. Throughout the years of having apple products I’ve never seemed to have had a reliable charger. The fact that I bought this phone so recent with a brand new charger aggravates me. These products are expensive so I’m not getting my money’s worth. I want a new charger without payment of any sort. Will you send me a new one?
