brand new Apple Watch SE using old apple ID to sign in.

I just got a new SE and I am trying to sign in. I have an old Apple ID I haven't used in years and the watch is directing me to sign in with that old ID. I don't even have the password anymore. How can I sign in with a different apple ID?

How to erase old Apple ID of Apple Watch to set up I reset my apple phone trying to pair it to my Apple Watch but it keeps saying to login with my old Apple ID bc that’s the one I set it up with won’t let me sign into my current Apple ID , I don’t remember the pasword for the other one and I’m having a hard time resetting it , is there a way to make it forget the old Apple ID ?

Used Apple Watch I am trying to pair my handmedown Apple Watch and can’t add my AppleID and Password. It’s asking for the original Apple ID that was used to set it up. how do I set it up with my account?

Just following up.. my old Apple ID has been deleted and my watch is only giving me the option to use that ID. That no longer exists.

You need that apple id to remove the activation lock from your old phone.
