Since purchasing the new iPhone 12 Pro, I have had issues where specific websites (ESPN.COM) do not load on safari. Has anyone else had this issue? When I clear my history it seems to correct the problem, but then just happen again in a day or two. Any insight into what could be causing this?

Go to Settings/Safari. Is Block all cookies turned on? If it is, turn it off.
Are you using a VPN connection? If you are, don’t.
When you erased the phone did you try to go to that site BEFORE you restored your backup?
Purchased a new IPhone 12 mini in January and am having the same issue with numerous sites not opening. It’s like they attempt to open and the get hung up partway through the connection process. Clearing all history only resolves the issue for a single new attempt at opening a site, resorting to restarting the phone fixes the issue, but again for only a single site access attempt. I have been having to restart my phone numerous times a day and it’s extremely frustrating. I have found myself trying to locate info online in urgent situations and have been caught in this dilemma. Not good Apple. Needs to be resolved!
OMG, YES. Finally someone else having the same issue. Its always ESPN.com, but there are a couple others too.
It was very inconvenient for me to return the phone for any length of time... to do a repair that I am sure they wouldn't find an answer for as it was intermittent and someone would have to have been using it all day to get the timing of it down.
After our contract is done, if they don't come up with a fix, for the first time in 15 years, I am considering another brand.
No it just never fully loads. It just sits there forever with about 1/4 of a bar loading. Once I go in and erase my browsing history, it loads right up again.

I have the same issue with some pages not fully loading. Very frustrating.
If ALL webpages are not fully loading you may have a problem with your iPhone or WiFi connection. Is some pages are not fully loading that is a problem with the website.
I am experiencing the same problem with GOOGLE and local weather sites and some others.
I clear history - use other apps and it seems to eventually work again.
