Whatsapp data restore

I am not able to restore my WhatsApp chat on my new device. It is still showing couldn’t restore. The iCloud Drive is showing it containing the data but still I m not able to restore it.

Restore WhatsApp Data I’m experiencing some difficulties restoring my WhatsApp messages via ICloud. Yesterday, I reinstalled WhatsApp and followed the restore process via ICloud; there were several group chats that appeared, although these were empty with no messages contained within. All relevant data appears to have been deleted, including individual chats. is there anyway I can restore previous data and get the messages back? Or restore previous ICloud backups?

Deleted Whatsapp messages without backup..... Few days ago, i uninstalled and reinstalled my whats app without realizing that I have not backup my chats data and photos in i Cloud. I lost all my current and important data and photos. What i restore from I Cloud was much earlier data......I tried using third party app i.e. iMyFone to recover my deleted message but to no avail. Anyone has any idea how to resolve this issue ?? Thank you
