iTunes&Appstore

Hi

i can’t sign in to iTunes and App Store and can’t download apps from aap store whenever I try to download a command appears “using existing Apple ID” by signing in still problem remains the same please help out in this regards

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.

itunes and App Store remains “off” all the time I couldn’t sign in....can you help me in detail sir?

Sign in on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Open the Settings app.
Tap Sign in to your [device].
Enter your Apple ID and password.
If prompted, enter the six-digit verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number and complete sign in.
