Hi, My 'Find my' app works fine until I bought a new Iphone 12 Pro. Now I can't use this app anymore because the following error message keeps popping up: 'Share My Location Unavailable' Unable to connect to server. Please try again later. Does anyone recognise the issue and how can it be solved? Many thanks in advance!

Finally, this issue has been resolved by implementing the update of 14.3!
Is the device connected to WiFi or have a SIM inserted?

The device is connected to WiFi and also has SIM inserted.
Thank goodness it’s not just my phone. I have exactly the same issue. I’ve raised it numerous times with Apple to no avail. I’m still waiting for a response.

I have, they haven’t responded. I’ve called at least 5 times and all I get is that our developers are working on it 🤷🏼♂️
