Apple One - Billing

I just upgraded from Apple One Family Plan to Premier but I’m seeing two charges, one for Family Plan $19.95 and one for Premier Plan $29.95. Will my account be prorated and or credited?

My Apple One subscription renewed, I upgraded it a couple days later, I was charged for the original plan at $22, then charged again for full price for the upgrade of $32. The Family Plan option for $19.95 will be canceled and credited/prorated.
