I am being charged for apple one family and individual plan. I do not see how to contact apple about being double billed?

Double charge for DuoLingo subscription and family plan After paying my annual DuoLingo subscription, a few days later I wanted to add just the extra for DuoLingo family plan but instead I was charged the entire annual fee again as well as the extra for family plan . I did not expect to pay double, is there anything that can be done about this? [Edited by Moderator]

Any receipt you receive by email should show the Apple ID that is the source of the charge. Sine you are using Family Sharing it may be another family member has taken out an individual subscription. Ask them to check and to cancel that one.
