I have Apple One Family but I am being charged $19.99 for the new Peacock bundle

I have the Apple One Family plan that includes Apple TV and I signed up for the bundle with Peacock but it charged me $19.99. This is more than I was paying to begin with. How do I get this resolved?

How did you start the Peacock subscription?

To get the 15.99 combined offer, you need to go through the Peacock channel in the Apple TV app. If you went through the Peacock app, you don't get the Apple One discount, but you do get access to Apple TV+ content

You'll likely need to cancel the subscription through Peacock and then start it through the Peacock Channel in the Apple TV app.

Read the article to which I posted a link earlier.

"Customers in the U.S. can save over 30 percent by subscribing to the

Apple TV and Peacock Premium bundle for $14.99 per month, or Apple TV

and Peacock Premium Plus for $19.99 per month, through either app or

website."

My reading of it (and footnote #1) is it is a different subscription, not an add-on. You get both for $19.99 instead of just the one for $14.99. That's $5 difference, not $19.99. It says you may have to manage existing subscriptions to avoid getting charged twice. So you would need to cancel what you have now and then subscribe to the bundle.

I spent an hour and six minutes with AppleCare last night trying to do this WITHOUT paying more. At one point, with the assistance of the advisor, I was paying for my Apple One (with Apple TV) and my existing Peacock subscription, AND paying for the $19.99 bundle of AppleTV and Peacock. So that was nice.

He canceled it for me, but now I don't have a Peacock subscription at all. The only thing I can find to add through the TV app is the bundle. I can't even buy standalone Peacock for what I was paying before.

I thought having Apple help me would avoid this but I guess not.

This is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. But I can't find it. In the TV app on iOS (like your screenshot), if I go to Store, it doens't show me channels.

I had a Peacock subscription, and then I had an additional bundle of TV and Peacock thanks to the Apple support rep (so I was paying twice). When he canceled (and refunded me for) the additional bundle, it also deleted my original Peacock subscription. So now, in theory I have no Peacock.

But my subscription still shows the bundle of TV + Peacock going on till Nov 21st, and I can still watch Peacock.

Perhaps I'm not seeing the option above because I (sort of) already have Peacock?

I feel like I'm making progress but still not there yet. Again, Apple One subscriber, and I want to pay $11 more per month to add Peacock Premium Plus (as advertised), not pay for a second subscription to Apple TV and Peacock at $20/month.

On advice of folks here, on my iPad I opened the App Store and searched for Peacock. I scrolled over under Events and Offers, and found "special offer" for Peacock for Apple One Subscribers. I selected it (not Open).

As you can see it says I can add Peacock Premium Plus (no ads) to my Apple One subscription for $11/month. YAY! But ... how do I GET it? Open just opens the Peacock app on my iPad. Learn More describes what Peacock Premium Plus is. Nothing else on this screen reacts to touch.

I may be messed up because Apple "helped" me and added the $20/month combo to my account (paying way more than I was) and I got them to refund the money, but it doesn't expire until the 20th. Maybe I have to wait till it cancels?
