I’ve cancelled my Apple Music subscription as required (silly) and still can’t change my country. How do I proceed?

The subscription will still be active until the end of the billing period, If you contact apple they can cancel it immediately.

Contact Apple Support
If you can't complete any of the steps, can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.
