GarageBand crash startup

Hello, Freshly installed garageband on old MacBook Pro with High Sierre 10.13.6, and it just won't start. It crashes before even showing an interface.

It was running smoothly before, but I formatted the hard drive and reinstalled everything from scratch, not from backup.

Thanks for your help!
