Disabled iphone don't know password tried itunes but the app doesn't work for the iphone without wifi (internet connection) buti don't know the password to do anything so I just want to erase and reset the whole phone. Is there another way? Price?

I have already done those steps. I went on 3 different computers and tried to Find My Phone and erase it that way to unlock the phone but it didn't work. So I was asking was there another way where I can give the phone to Apple where they can reset the phone or no?
The iphone has no internet connection and it's disabled.
