Why would I not be able to access purchased movies on my iPhone? Everything is up to date. The movies were purchased on my Apple TV. When in iTunes, I select purchased and movies, but nothing shows.

make sure the appleID the movies which were purchased on the appletv is the same as the appleID of your phone
It is the same. I can see the TV shows and the music downloaded, but when I select the movies option the screen is blank. I have about ten movies I’ve purchased.
