Couldn't sign in to iMessage

I could not sign in to my iMessage on MacBook Air with my Apple ID.

It shows "An error occurred during authentication."

I created my apple ID in 2017 and currently using it.

I have tried all the tips from https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204408 this page.


However, I tried it with my sister's account and it could sign in.

So, I would like to know if my Apple ID is having issues with iMessage.

We see you are having some trouble with signing into your iMessage account with your Apple ID on your MacBook Air. We know how important it is to keep in touch with everyone and want to assist!
