iPhone 12 pro max camera autofocus issues

Hi All,

I am from India .I recently purchased iphone 12 pro max .

I am experiencing auto focus issues with the all new touted sensor-shift stabilized camera of the 12 pro max.

The device fails to autofocus in 1x for close up subjects .

This is even more prominent in low light.

We can't really get close to the subject as we do on 11 pro.

Don't know if it's a hardware issue or a bug.Sometimes it doesn't focus at all.

This is really frustrating when you have paid a premium for the latest flagship and out here in India it costs a whooping load of money i.e 13900 INR i.e 1884.40 $

Hope apple comes out with an official statement on this and fixes this.
