apple id

i received a message saying someone was trying to use my apple id in another country. I clicked do not allow. if i go to settings the text on top of my icloud address is in another language. Should I be worried?

Some of those type of notifications are scams.

As a precaution, change your password.

Apple ID Password Change.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
