My iPhone was stolen

Someone who stole my iPhone 11 Pro Max changed my password to iCloud and removed my iPhone from my account.

what can I do to find it?

If it's been removed from your account then someone knew your Apple ID and password. Did you respond to an email or text about it being found? At this point there's really nothing more you can do.
