Uninstalling Aperture
I'm (finally) migrated to Lightroom Classic. Is there an easy way to completely uninstall Aperture and all of its associated files/caches/etc. from my Mac (2017 13" MBP)?

Drag the App to the trash and empty it. There really is nothing else to worry about. The OS will tidy up. Then, if you're happy that everything is correctly migrated to LR, do the same with the Aperture Library.
I'd keep the Aperture application and the Aperture library around for a while (on an external volume). Even five years after migrating my Aperture libraries I am still occasionally looking up the original metadata on older Aperture, particularly the original capture date and custom keywords or faces, or have to check the original adjustments I applied in Aperture. Sometimes the edited version is looking funny after the migration.
