I have an iPad and when I click Screen record it says “Not available when airplay, CarPlay, restrictions, or when screen mirroring is active” Now I have read other posts and they say to rest ipad and or change restrictions and Im pretty sure that I have done all the steps and it sill says the message could I have some help?

We understand from your post that when you try to record the screen of your iPad, you receive a message saying, "Screen Recording Not available when AirPlay, CarPlay, Restrictions, or screen mirroring is active. " For testing purposes, turn Screen Time restrictions completely off and see if the issue persists.
