MacBook Pro 2019 keeps crashing

Crash reports do not post well here making then even hard to interpret than they already are.

Are you running any non-Apple anti-virus, "security" software, or so-called "cleaning" apps? Any of those can cause serious stability problems as they interfere with Apple's built-in automatic protection and maintenance routines.

Looks like you may be running an external monitor:

com.kairos.driver.DuetDisplay 2

There are reports if you web-search for "com.Apple.driver.watchdog" that this can be a dual-monitor glitch. Try testing with the internal only if you've not done so, turning off the above support file if possible.
