I'm getting a new weird thing when I use the sound volume slider on the mac touch bar. When I touch it, an animation comes on the screen and I have to hold a little white target over the animated slider and what for it to load fully before I can manipulate the sound up or down. Has anyone else run into this?

Do you have Accessibility feature turned on?
