New Series 6 watch

Just read in the online manual that when you set up watch/ Activity app that you should swipe left to set up age/height etc... if don’t want want to do this at the beginning then can do it later...

I cant find out how to do this now

Entering Information in Activity App I set up a new Apple Watch without entering sex, age, height, etc. The user manual says I can enter the information during the first run of the Activity app. However I managed to get past the right screen without entering the information and can't get back to that screen. How can I now enter that information? There must be a way, since some of it could change.

Apple Watch Only - How do you disable #images from Messaging App? My kids have Apple Watches for emergency use and also quick communication with their parents. The problem is the messaging app has the gif search #images that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to disable it even on my own watch. They are able to search for inappropriate content potentially on #images. My question is, how do you disable #images (the gif search) on the Apple Watch? Please don't send me instructions how to do it on the iPhone or iPad because the process is not the same, the options are just not there because it's not standardized across the platforms (iOS and WatchOS).
