I have a Ubio Labs wireless charger and it will not charge my new phone with the Otterbox pop socket case. It’s supposed to work.

Remove the case.

Test to see if it charges.

If it does, the case is the issue.

It is the case. I removed and it worked fine charging. The case was advertised to work for wireless charging.

my previous iPhone 10 worked fine with a similar Otterbox case.

Take it up with otter box.

Apple doesn’t make otter box cases.
