Netflix

My Netflix won’t let me sign in, says my user name or password doesn’t exist. But it works just fine on my other devices. Spoke to a Netflix rep and they said to delete and re download it but with my generation of Apple TV this is not an option. Please help!

Restart your Apple TV through the menu or the remote, and then try again.

Restart your Apple TV by disconnecting it from power for a minute or two, then try again.
