iPhone trade in

My trade in was sent back because I needed to turn off find my iPhone. Can I resubmit the iPhone for trade in and how do I request this?

Use the Contact Support button at the top of this page to contact Apple for help. Or if you're in the US you can call them at 800-MY-APPLE. Finally, if you have an Apple Store open near you, you can take your phone to complete the trade.
