iPhone trade in

If I bought an iPhone off of eBay and it’s been reported as lost, can I still trade it in if everything else about it is perfect?

Nope. Apple is going to ensure that the iPhone is in working order and that it does not have any Activation Locks including iPhones marked as lost or stolen.
