iphone 12 sound

Hi

Got my mom the iPhone 12 mini and even though its a smaller phone...

it seems like the sound that comes out of it is not very strong..

From ringtones to alert tones ... and personally made tones...

How is it her iPhone 8 speakers sound better than the 12 mini?

Stronger even..

anyone experiencing this?

Thanks

iPhone XS, iOS 14

How does Music sound? How about sounds other than ringtones, Alerts and other tones?

Open Settings âž” Sounds & Haptics âž” Ringer and Alerts : Slide the volume control the right so that the tone is loud enough. Set the Change with Buttons option to OFF.

Open Settings âž” Accessibility âž” Face ID & Attention âž” Attention Aware Features : Set this to OFF. If this feature is set to ON then the iPhone will keep all volumes low IF the user is looking at the iPhone (iPhone has the user's attention). Sometimes people are working with the iPhone and looking at it while a text or another alert comes in. When this condition is true then the iPhone lowers the alert volume because it already has the person's attention.
