All my NOTES are missing and I did Not Delete them

How do I restore or find all my missing NOTES files that just Vanished on my new iPhone? I did not delete them.

iPhone SE, iOS 14

First try Settings, Notes, Accounts

Check all your accounts and turn on the account you normally use for Notes (iCloud is the most likely)
