Turn reduce loud sounds off

@Apple - I have an iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, AirPods Pro, Powerbeats (4/latest) and the ‘reduce loud sounds’ notifications are out of control especially as they’re switched off everywhere, 2-3 times a day minimum is RIDICULOUS!

I understand there is an element of EU law here but having this on by default and having the usual disclaimer is surely enough to suffice, allowing customers to switch this VERY annoying notification and limitation off permanently feels like a necessity, we are paying for devices to use as we please not the displeasure of being dictated to
