Apple watch pairing

Hello,

A while a request to update my watch was popping on my phone, whenever I tried updating it, it didn’t finalize and got stuck.

At the end I got very frustrated and unpaired my watch in my phone to pair it back again. The thing is now they won’t pair.

I cannot find a “i” on the watch to use to manually pair.

What do I do now? If I hit reset on my watch would that help? It says it won’t remove activation lock but I have no idea what that is or could have an impact if I go further.
