How do you change font size on iOS notes app? There is no “Aa” button.

Ahhh, I found my problem. I was using notes tied into gmail folder. That Aa is not available but when I switch to iCloud folder, it shows up. So it is an issue when not using iCloud folder.

Interesting that apple would mess that up.

No of course there isn’t, nor is there an “any” key.

Look at the picture in my post again. the Aa is on the popup above the keyboard. It IS on 14.3

If you only see the (+) you should tap that

I believe you are looking at it the wrong way. Apple introduced features that can be used with iCloud notes. These features don't necessarily apply to notes that are not iCloud notes. Doesn't sound like a 'mess up' to me. Sounds like added features for iCloud notes that aren't supported by Google.

Tap on the note as if to start typing

Try going to Settings / Display & Brightness / Text Size

That changes the font size on the entire device.
