Sound recognition feature isn’t working on iPhone

I use an iPhone Xr with ios 14.1. I tried to turn on the sound recognition feature from settings app but it isn’t responding. It is continuously showing ‘refreshing’ from almost a week. I tried restarting my device as well but it’s still the same. Now what should I do?
