iPhone 12 pro max display gap

hi..

Yesterday, Went to the service center and shown the gap. Technician told that it will be in all phones and it is under manufacturer tolerance and will not have an issue with water splashing. We cannot able to provide a replacement and the Apple repair center will try to re-align the display screen.

It depends on Genius bar person i got lucky they replace mine with 100% no gap at all but when i try to get replace on my wife 12 pro max which has same issue but i went to difrent apple store the genius bar told me that gap is normal which is realy **** me off
