i saw that is a problem with a gap between the display and the frame at iPhone 12 pro max!
my phone have that problem!!
please, is a phone of 1500$, this is not normal, should to be perfect at this money!
what should I do in this case?

I have started a thread in mac rumors, u can find the reviews, including mine. I have the same issue and I can see internal frames while flashing light. We don't know how much this will affect the water-resistance. When I checked with apple repair center it is under manufacturing tolerances. It depends on your luck whether u will get a replacement or a gap-free phone. Now I'm in scary mode, whenever I go out Incase rain comes.
Apple has to understand when we pay such price it has been justifiable and ensures all the customer has satisfaction on owning their product. The software can be corrected at any time by updates, perhaps hardware cannot.
