Logic Pro X suddenly sending a constant note to MIDI channel 2 only. I can't make it stop!

Hey everyone,

I have been using Logic as a brain for doing weekly hardware synth jams. Out of the blue, MIDI channel 2 now seems to be sending a constant note out of whatever synth is connected to that channel whenever Logic isn't playing. I have tried different cables, different synths, and an older version of Logic. I have tried creating a new Logic project and starting from scratch. I have tried removing all of my MIDI controllers in case one of them was stuck sending out a note. I have tried two different MIDI interfaces. No matter what, for some reason channel 2 is doing this!

No matter what combination I use, it is still putting out this signal.

Here is a video of the issue from Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/LogicPro/comments/k9w4nn/logic_sensing_sustained_midi_note_to_just_channel/

Some details: The note stops when I double click the MIDI section of the display in Logic. (The "panic" button, basically)

The note starts as soon as I open Logic.

I am using Logic 10.5.1 and running Mojave.

I haven't made any recent updates or changed any settings that would have caused this. What the heck is going on here? I have basically just stopped using channel 2 as a workaround, but come on...

Thanks for any help.
