I don't want to send in my macbook air again

I sent in my macbook air 2020 in October and finally got it back today. However, I needed a repair for my screen and my keyboard but they said the advisor have forgot to tell the repair centre about my keyboard so they all basically didn't even look at my keyboard. Also, I found a big dent at the edge of my laptop on the bottom right so I feel like I just sent in to make my laptop even worse. One of the other advisor have told me before that if I found any dent or any damage on my repaired laptop I'll be able to get a replacement for it but of course everyone is telling me that this is not a situation for a replacement and will just have to send in again even though I really need my laptop. Plus, I really don't want to send in right now because I've been waiting this long and you guys are just saying 'oh well that's too bad well just send it back and we'll just check on it. This is really frustrating and I don't want to waste more time on this issue anymore so please give me other option then sending it in or going in to the retail store.

ISTM you may have a complaint about your previous repair, which you should discuss direct with Apple. Hit (link) https://getsupport.apple.com and use the link See Your Cases and Repairs to get to your record of repair.

We don’t know where in the world you live, and service options vary from country to country. However, you have already rejected the two normal options (send in to Service center, or take in to Apple Store). I don’t know of any other methods to get your MacBook serviced unless you are prepared to hire an independent service engineer to carry out repairs at your premises.
