When relocating images/ photos from ‘ all photos ‘ to an ‘ album’ or ‘ folder ‘ the images/ photos you moved should disappear from the ‘ all photos ‘ location.

No, it should not disappear from the ALL PHOTOS location. This is because ALL PHOTOS is all photos. They should all appear. When you tag a photo with a Name (Folder) then that is for organization purposes. Folders and Albums are for organizing your photos (Grouping) in the way that you not only like but also to retrieve them faster. New photos that are not organized can always be located in ALL PHOTOS.
