Key pad not working

When I’m on an automated call and I’m pressing options like 1 or 2 for a selection.. it’s like my responses are not being recognized and the system just keep talking and repeating itself. Does anyone know what u can do to fix this?

iPhone keypad I am unable to answer telephone calls from apple support. keypad does not work if asked to input a number. The input is not recognized by the apple caller/computer, so apple support call back is canceled. In fact the keypad does not appear to be functioning at all once I answer the call (and can only answer from the call "notice" displayed at the top of the phone screen.

Answering phone calls Why when I tap my green button to answer a phone call on i-phone does the opposite happen and the call is terminated. I always have to call back! This is now an emergency as I have apple support phoning at 9 45 as Safari on my Mac is now now crashing on opening too. I need to work remotely today so all very frustrating. Was trying solutions till early hours this morning for Mac. Re telephone it never seems to work. I’ve tried both tapping and swiping. Can any kind and clever person help? Thanks! Pippa
