unable to connect slim folio pro to my ipad pro

The keyboard has a solid green light and shows up in the device list under the Bluetooth settings on the iPad. However, whenever I select it in settings, it spins for a few moments, and then gives a message "pairing took too long"

Hey there, 啓明.
It appears that you're unable to connect a Slim Folio Pro to your iPad Pro. Can you tell us more on what's happening? Is it physically unable to connect to your iPad Pro or is it not able to connect Bluetooth wise and work properly? That can help us determine what's going on.
If its an issue with Bluetooth, this article might be helpful: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
We hope that helps. Take care.

Re: Ipad pro does not connect automically to slim folio pro
I have successfully connected now.
Story: Once keyboard is attached to the ipad pro (in writing position): while I type the key board, I was given a 6 digits number on ipad pro monitor to type in with slim folio pro keyboard (though it is connected yet)
After I typed in the pass word press enter
That will prompt the full connection
Thank you for your reply
啓明,
We're glad that you've been able to get your Slim Folio Pro connected and working with your iPad Pro.
Cheers.
