VGA input is not working

I am looking to use My hyper Drive 11 in 1 connector to help run 3 external monitors, I am trying to get the VGA input to work on it but am having no luck. Any body know how to get this working?

Problems in connecting 3rd monitors to a Mac mini (M1 CPU version) Cannot connect 3rd monitors to a Mac mini (M1 CPU version). I connected to these monitors - Wacom Cintiq Pro 32" LCD monitor & Wacom Cintiq Pro 13" LCD monitor & XP Pen 24" LCD monitor, but not successful, only 2 monitors can display; the remaining one monitor shows no signal, which runs normally with another computer. Could you help check this issue? I hope the update for new macOS Big Sur version can fix this problem. Thank you.
