anybody on my phone plan be able to see my photos and videos after backing up my data/content to iCloud?

I’ve got stuff I don’t want people seeing while I transfer all my stuff to my new iPhone today. I wasn’t quick to backup my data to iCloud for fear that one of my family members may have photos/videos/other private info shared through the cloud once backed up. Is worth worrying?

Your other family members would need to know your Apple ID and password in order to access either an iCloud Backup or iCloud Photos or any other iCloud data. The exception to that would be if you intentionally shared data such as How to share albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac - Apple Support
