auto-tune plug-in won't open

One of my Audio Units (Auto-Tune) won't open. I see it in Plug-in Manager and it passes validation but it is not available when I try to insert it in a channel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Auto-Tune. It opens on another DAW but not Logic all of a sudden. Any suggestions?
