syncing ringtones

syncing ringtones

cannot sychronizing existing ringtones in my media library, between macbook and phone. settings are as they should.

has anybody faced a similar problem?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Syncing was removed in iTunes 12.7. Drag & drop should work to add properly formed ringtones in later versions of iTunes and Finder in Catalina/Big Sur.

YES! drag and drop. That is the only thing that worked.

Thank you for the effort and the info.

Followed suggestions, but problem remains. No syncing of - specifically, ringtones. Generational gap also in macs and phones...
