All I cloud photos suddenly disappeared

All of my iCloud photos disappeared. None of it is on the recently deleted or any other location. After following the instructions to move all the content from my old phone to my new one all of the pictures were there then a bit later they were no longer there. Is there any way I can restore them?

Try - If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support.

Thanks but I already tried that the main issue I guess is that they are gone from iCloud.
