I have been getting ‘Content Unavailable’ message every time I listen to Apple Music through my Samsung TV

This happens every single time I listen to Apple music on my Samsung TV after for a few songs regardless of songs/playlist. This never happens when I use Apple Music on my iPhone.

I tried resetting my Apple Music App, turned my TV on/off, made sure my internet is connected properly.

Could anyone help me how to resolve this?

Thank you for the replyjoyb02!

Have you attempted to remove and re-add the app? If not, let's do so. If the issue persists, please check out Set up the Apple Music app on your Samsung smart TV. As mentioned under the "Set up the Apple Music app" section, "Some content in your music library might not be available in the Apple Music app on your smart TV. And some features of Apple Music aren't available in the Apple Music app on your smart TV". This could be the cause of the issue you're having.

Cheers!

Hey there joyb02,

It sounds like you have taken some great steps already. If this only occurs when using Apple Music with your Samsung TV, check to see if there is any updates for your TV.

Also, are you using your iPhone to AirPlay to stream your music?:

As I indicated in the original post. I’ve done all of the basic restarting/reinstalling/resetting. I believe content itself is still available, because I can listen to it after I restart the app (it’ll give me that error message again after few songs). Also, after that message appears, I can no longer listen to any other songs unless I restart the app. Please review and let the developer know for an update!
