Apple music on Apple TV PROBLEM

I cannot play music from AppleTV, its saying "Music" isn't available right now. Check your internet connection and try again.

The AppleTV is connected to the internet and all other apps are working fine, it's just Music. I've tried rebooting, resetting the AppleTV and nothing has resolved it. The AppleTV is up to date ver. tvOS 16.5 and apps are updated.

My Apple Music is working from iPhone so its not the account.

Hello Andreasmamandos,

If the Music app is not currently working, they quitting and reopening it.

1. On the Siri Remote, press the TV button   twice quickly.
Windows representing each of the open apps appear in a row on the screen.
2. In app-switching view, navigate to a different app in the center of the screen, then swipe up on the clickpad or touch surface to close the app.

Switch quickly between Apple TV apps

Then reopen the Music app and test it out. If it's still not available, try restarting the Apple TV.

You can use one of the following methods to restart:
• Press and hold both the Back  (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or  (Siri Remote 1st generation) and TV   buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.
• Disconnect Apple TV from the power outlet, wait five seconds, then reconnect it.
• Open Settings  on Apple TV, go to System and select Restart.

Restart Apple TV

If the Music app is still unavailable after that, you'll want to contact Apple to report the outage: Get Support

Cheers!
