My hearing aids work great with both my iPhone and my iPad, but there is no hearing aid support showing in Accessability on the Mac Mini. If I try to support over Blue Tooth, it doesn't recognize my hearing aids. Does Blue Tooth on the new mini not support BTE?

You will have to ask your hearing aid provider why it does not work. I have not been able to get my hearing aids to work satisfactorily with anything but my mobile device. This is the same regardless of hardware, Macs, or Windows PCs.

As I originally said, ask your hearing aid maunfacturer why they don't work with computers, any manufacturer, Apple, Dell, ASUS, Lenovo, ... They may connect but the performance is not satisfactory.
It's a question for Apple if their blue tooth chip supports BTE
