As you know, you can plug lightning accessories one way or the other. My EarPods only work when I plug them in my iPhone one way, but not the other. However, I have tried the same EarPods in two other Apple devices and I didn’t experience that issue. I also have other headphones which work fine with my phone.
Does anyone know what the issue could be?
I already cleaned the lightning port on my phone.
