I had an iPhone a while back, then I switched to android. I recently switched back to iPhone but am unable to get into my old apple ID account, so I made a new one. I have charges going to my mom's debit card for the old account and I need to stop them as the services are not being used on that account. My question is, how do I stop all automatic payments on my account so I can start fresh with my new account.

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like there is an account you're no longer able to access that still has active subscriptions being billed, correct? Is the account part of a family membership, or is the card just set as the payment for the Apple ID? We ask because if it is part of a family membership with her as the organizer, she can remove it from the membership.
